                    it.

                    BIRDS follow up Activities:

                    A)  Child  Forum  follow  up  meetings:  In  this  period  regular  meetings  of  the  Child
                    Forums, in all 80 villages in every month. In the meetings they are discussed about child
                    rights, child marriage act, POCSO act, and about the government structure like child line,
                    Child Welfare Committee, Menstrual Hygiene adolescent health etc.

                    B) Child Protection Committee follow up meetings:
                    CPC meetings were conducted in all 80 villages, discuss about child rights and acts, CPC
                    members counselled irregular children they are now going to schools regularly and they
                    were awareness of COVID 19 & Omicron to the children and Community and suggested
                    to families on how to avoid corona virus disease.
                    C) Livelihood Units follow up:
                    The  project  supported  510  livelihood  units  for  their  better  livelihoods  present  all
                    livelihood units were  running,  250 livelihood  women  have been linked  under  the
                    Viceroyalty Scheme, this financial assistance provided by the government has been used
                    to improve their existing livelihood units. Present they were very happy.
                    Organize a one‐day Training cum Awareness Programme:

                    We  organized  one  day  training  cum  awareness  programme  on  Village  level  Chid
                    Protection Committee (VCPC), Child forum, Duties of the Tuition teachers and child acts
                    on 20.04.2022 at Hotel Blue Earth, Srikakulam. They are oriented on dealing activity‐
                    based class on subjects. They are also taught about Continues and Child Rights, Right to
                    Education Act. POCSO Act, Prohibition of Child Marriages Child protection mechanism,
                    Introduction to Child Rights and importance of Protection System, Explain about the Child
                    line, DCPU,ICPS activities   and role of teacher and also shared on ICPS & ICDS structure
                    and how we Child need care & Protection and relevant forms to be field, strengthening of
                    Child  Protection Committees and Child Forums  with support of  tuition  teachers  and
                    shared  experience  and  views  with  the  Tuition  teachers  for  a  positive  change.  In
                    Programme 38 tuition teachers were participated.

                    Annual Review meeting with Tuition Teachers:

                    On 07.11.2022 organized an annual review meeting with the Tuition Teachers at Hotel
                    Blue Earth, Srikakulam focusing on the results of the students. We are discussed about the
                    performance  of  CF  and  CPCs  in  identification,  conducting  regular  Village  level  Chid
                    Protection  Committee  (VCPC)  meetings,  Village  level  Child  Forum  (CF),  Village  level
                    Livelihood Units Follow up visits, Conducting Convergence meeting at Cluster level and
                    rescue of CL & VTL, children’s issues and running of Tuition centres. In this programme
                    35 tuition teachers were participated.


                    National  Girl  Child  Day: On  the  eve  of National  Girl Child  Day on  24.01.2022
                    participated in the district level celebrations organised by Women Development & Child
