Science Exhibition-2019

National Science Day is celebrated all over India with great enthusiasm on February 28 every year to commemorate the discovery of the Raman Effect by the Indian physicist, Dr. Chandrasekhara Venkata Raman on the same day in the year 1928.

Commemorating this great occasion we conducted the Science Exhibition on 28.02.2019 at BIRDS Schools, Muthyalapadu.

The Correspondent of BIRDS School Sri V. Paul Raja Rao in his speech said that The Science Exhibition was held to provide a platform for children to display their knowledge, creativity, investigative skills and talent. "It also boosts their confidence when they get appreciation for their creative talent,"

The science exhibits of were displayed in the school meeting hall which enabled the children to display their interest and understanding of Science. Students of grades 1 and 9 presented their beautiful models based on the various topics they learn in the class. Students of grades 8 and 9 actively participated in the exhibition by demonstrating various experiments and presenting their working models.

Parents and visitors were invited to motivate our student's venture and they gave a positive feedback on the same.

BIRDS Finn's Sports court open on 22.01.2019 at BIRDS Campus, Muthyalapadu

The Correspondent of BIRDS School Sri V. Paul Raja Rao in his speech said that I am delighted to join you all today at the opening ceremony of the Finn's Sports court of BIRDS Schools. First and foremost, I would like to extend my warmest congratulations to the school and to those who have contributed to the successful completion of this impressive facility.

The BIRDS Finn's Sports court marks a significant milestone in the continuous development of the school and the commitment of quality education. Since its establishment in 2002, the BIRDS Schools has been offering a State Secondary School Certificate (SSC) curriculum and joyful learning environment within and outside classrooms to students for whole-person development.

The Celebration of Sankranthi Festival on 11th January 2019.

The celebration of Sankranthi festival reached a crescendo as the students of BIRDS School and Eleanor & Shearers Boarding Home came together and celebrated the festival in the school premises on 11th January, 2019.

Makar Sankranti is known as Pongal in South India and as Maghi in North India. Makar Sankranti is all about prayers, sweets, and kites. The festival of Makar Sankranti is celebrated with great enthusiasm in all parts of India.

The Correspondent of BIRDS School Sri V. Paul Raja Rao in his speech said that Makar Sankranthi is one of the important festivals amongst all Hindu festivals. He wished one and all happy Makar Sankranthi.

The programme began with HM Mrs. V. S. S. Sindhura speech then the recitation of a sloka by primary students. The significance of the four days, Bhogi, Makara Sankranthi, Kanuma, and Mukkanuma was explained by 7 class students. Various cultural programmes depicted the significance of Sankranthi, Gobbiyallu, Basavanna, Haridasu etc. Muthyala Muggullo. A dance by Pre-Primary students had the audience spell bound. The students and staff took part in the programme enthusiastically.

The Celebration of Christmas on 2nd December 2018

The Correspondent of BIRDS School Sri V. Paul Raja Rao in his speech said that Christmas is a time to give and forgive. Celebrated everywhere as a joyous family affair, we too, at school celebrated Christmas as a happy time for our children. A special assembly of the little children was held in the School premises on 02.12.2018. "We wish you a merry Christmas...."

7th School Annual Day Celebration 2016-17 on 26th November 2016

BIRDS’ school hosted its 7th Annual day on 26th November 2016 with a lot of enthusiasm and zeal. The Annual Day is a perfect venue for children to instill positive values, recognize their abilities and talents, through an array of entertaining programmes. The event was presided by the chief guest Mrs. Barbara Campbel. The Guest of honour on the occasion was Smt. Swapna(Sarpanch), Smt. Sreelatha (MPDO).

The function began at 10:30 am. The programme commenced by March fast and hoisting the National and School flag and with a short prayer sung by the choir group of our school followed by the auspicious lighting of the lamp by the esteemed guests, respected Correspondent, Mr. Paul Raja Rao, Principal’s, Mrs. Sindhura, Mr. Sathish. The graceful dancers of Grade 3rd & 4th presented a welcome dance.

This was followed by Welcome speech and introduction of guests by BIRDS Correspondent Mr. Paul Raja Rao. The Chief guest and Guests of honour were felicitated by the students.

Principal Mrs. Sindhura presented the annual report highlighting the achievements of the school and students. She also highlighted the growth and vision of BIRDS Education and thanked the director, Mr. Paul Raja Rao for his constant support. Then the guest of honour Mrs .Sree Latha garu spoke few words of wisdom and appreciated the school’s effort.

Subsequently Paul Raja Rao garu shared a few words on significance of woman empowerment and importance of education in the rural areas.

Primary Kids performed Mass Drill with different models like ribbon drill, stick drill etc..
High school children performed Pyramids the great efforts which as steeled everyone’s attention in the programme.

Then began the show where our talented buddies exhibited their talents on the theme of “Importance of Education”. This thematic show of talent, imagination and organization was the essence of the program. BIRDS students showed how privileged it is to be a educator. Each class danced to the tune of more than 50 songs with colorful props, depicting the value of Water, Forest and different roles played by BIRDS Children. The audience was enthralled by a colorful and very well directed dance drama. This was followed by a speech from the chief guest  Barbara Campbell. They appreciated the themes of Dramas of the Annual day and school’s effort to spread the awareness.

Meritorious students of respective classes for the academic year 2015-16, quiz, essay writing, elocution competition and 20 national, International players of BIRDS School were felicitated with medals.
BIRDS School management distributed family gifts, New Year calendars and a bag which is used for home need to the parents of BIRDS School.

Along with the entertainments and talents of the BIRDS Children, management arranged provided welcome tea breakfast and lunch to all the guests, visitors, parents and the students, the total reached nearly 3000 members.

The programme ended with vote of thanks by Mr. Sathish Primary (Head Master) and national anthem.
The day ended with every glittering star carrying a feeling of happiness and achievement within itself. We believe that “Celebration is an occasion for enjoyment as well as a mode to moral values, intellectual creativity, social and respectful attitude towards education”.

The amazing and colorful items of our show revealed as to how much our beloved teachers and coaches have put in their tireless efforts in making the show a grand success and we hope it would direct us to do better in future.

We express our sincere thanks and heartfelt gratitude to all our students, parents, well wishers and management of our school without whose help we would have not been in a position to exhibit this programme.

6th School Annual Day Celebration 2015-16 on 12th February 2016

On Feb 12th 2016 we have celebrated BIRDS School 6th Anniversary in a grand manner. For this the program Mrs. Swapna (Sarpanch), Mrs. Sreelatha (MPDO) are the Chief guest and Mr. Raghunatha Reddy (Sahakara Sangam President), Mr. Narashimham (ACTO), Mr. Shaik. Babulal (ZP. Cop), Mrs. Noorjahan (MPTC), Mr. Ramasubbaiah (Ex.ZPTC), Mr.Lakshmi Reddy (Ex. Sarpanch), Dr. Sunil Kumar, Mr. Pullaiah, are dignitaries for the program. BIRDS Director and Our School Correspondent Mr. Paul Raja Rao sir, Assist Director Mr. Vikram Vardhan sir, School adviser Mrs. Jeeva Latha madam, BIRDS Treasurer Mrs. Sharadamma garu, HM’s Mrs. Sindhura (High School) & Mr. Sathish Shanthavardhan (Primary School) and our both the schools staff, BIRDS Org. Staff, School parents of respective children of BIRDS School were participated in this program.

Programe was started with Hoisting the National Flag and BIRDS School Flag by the Chief guest and BIRDS Director/ Our School Correspondent Mr. Paul Raja Rao followed by the March Fast and lighten up the lamp by the guest.

BIRDS School children started the cultural programs by singing a prayer song by representing all the religions and a warm welcome song by beautiful little stars of our school.
School head mistress presented the five years school report, old students of BIRDS shared their experiences

In this program school management felicitated the 10th class students who are scoring highest marks since for 5years, also felicitated to the students who are participated in Sports & Games in National and International level. Mr. Narashimham sir (ACTO) presented Silver medal to the 10th class student Geethanjali who scored highest marks in the academic year 2014-15.

Our school management greeted all the parents of our school children with the gifts. On account of school anniversary we have conducted Games & Sports and different competitions like Essay writing, elocution, drawing and quiz. Distributed the prizes to the students who are performed their talents.

Our school children attracted the attention of all the attendees of the Anniversary celebration by mesmerizing dances for nearly 40 songs.
